Get directions on Google Maps →If you have been diagnosed with a urological condition or offered treatment, Dr Tan can review your case. Please make an appointment and bring your doctors’ letters, scan images and reports, biopsy results, blood tests (including PSA history) and a list of your medicines.
Please email referral letters to drtanurologyclinic@gmail.com, including the reason for referral, relevant history and results, current medicines, urgency, and the patient’s contact details and preferred language.

Dr Tan begins consulting at Subang Jaya Medical Centre on 4 January 2027. Until then, please use the enquiry form below or email the clinic, and appointments from January will be arranged with you.

We do not use them for marketing, and share them only where needed to arrange your care, such as with Subang Jaya Medical Centre.
