How enquiries are delivered: enquiries sent through the website form are delivered to our clinic email account by a secure form-forwarding service.
Retention: kept only as long as needed for these purposes, or as required by law.

WhatsApp: if you contact us by WhatsApp, you consent to us using it to respond to your enquiries and arrange appointments. Messages are handled in line with this policy.
